Request a Quote for Your Custom Silicone Component
Have a drawing, sample, photo or product requirement? Send us what you already have. SM can review the component, the surrounding assembly and the manufacturing steps that may be relevant to your project.
You do not need every technical detail before contacting us. A clear drawing or sample, application context and approximate quantity are usually enough to begin a useful discussion.

Tell Us What You Need to Make
Required fields are kept limited so you can start even if the project is still being developed. Share the information you know now, and use the project description to explain anything that does not fit into a standard field.
What Helps Us Review Your Project
- 2D drawing or dimensioned sketch
- STEP / 3D file where available
- physical sample or clear photos
- product/application context
- color, markings or finish requirements
- approximate quantity or annual volume
- housing or mating-part information where relevant

A Finished CAD Package Is Helpful — But Not Required
Some projects arrive with complete engineering drawings. Others begin with an existing part, product photo or early concept. Any of these can be a useful starting point.
Drawing / STEP File
If you have drawings or 3D files, send them by email together with your RFQ details so we can understand the geometry and dimensions already available.
Existing Sample
An existing component can help explain shape, fit, visible surfaces and the intended result.
Photos / Product Reference
Photos of the current component, housing or finished product can provide useful assembly context.
Project Description
If the design is still early, explain what the component needs to do and what information you already know.
Start with the clearest information you have. Missing technical details can be discussed after the initial review.
From RFQ to a Clearer Manufacturing Discussion
Project Information Review
We review the details you submitted to understand the component, application and project scope.
Clarification / Technical Discussion
If important information is missing or needs confirmation, the next discussion can focus on geometry, application context, markings, fit, quantity or related component requirements.
Quotation / Next-Step Proposal
Once the project information is clear enough, the discussion can move toward quotation, tooling/sample planning or the next appropriate manufacturing step.
The exact sequence depends on the project and the information available.
Questions Before You Send a Project
Start with the information you already have: a drawing, sample, product photo, application description, approximate quantity and any known appearance or assembly requirements. Drawings, CAD files or larger attachments can be emailed to service@zynsil.com.
No. A complete drawing is the most efficient starting point, but an existing sample, clear photos or an early project description may also be enough to begin a review.
Use the approximate quantity or annual volume you currently expect. It does not need to be a final purchase commitment. The purpose is to provide context for the project discussion.
Yes. Mention the sample in the project description and include photos where possible. Physical sample shipping can be discussed separately when needed.
Describe the component relationship in the form and send the relevant drawings or assembly references by email where available. Projects involving silicone and related plastic interface parts can be reviewed together when they belong to the same assembly.
Send Your Project Directly
