SM is the brand of Dongguan Sanmao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer focused on silicone components, buttons, plastic parts, mold development and related product manufacturing.

The company was established in 2008 and moved its operations to Chang’an Town, Dongguan in 2014. Today, SM supports custom component projects that begin with drawings, samples, existing parts or product requirements.

Dongguan Sanmao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. traces its manufacturing roots to 2008, when the business operated as Shenzhen Sanmao Mould Plastic Co., Ltd. In 2014, the company moved to Chang’an Town, Dongguan.

The company operates across several product and manufacturing areas, including mobile phone buttons, silicone products, plastic components, mold development and product production. This combination allows SM to review not only the silicone or button itself, but also related plastic parts, tooling, decoration and assembly requirements when they belong to the same project.

For buyers, the practical starting point remains the product requirement: a drawing, STEP file, physical sample or existing component that needs to be developed, reproduced or improved.

Production, Finishing & Tooling Under One Manufacturing Base

Our manufacturing setup covers vacuum vulcanization molding, printing, injection molding, spraying, laser engraving, mold-room machining and product inspection.

These processes support projects that require several stages to work together. Tooling defines the component geometry, molding creates the base part, secondary processes add markings or surface treatments where required, and inspection checks the finished result against the project requirements.

Review the drawing, sample, geometry, markings and product application before defining the manufacturing route.

Define the mold and component structure around the approved requirements.

Coordinate Secondary Processes

Printing, spraying, laser engraving or other finishing requirements are considered together with the molded part where applicable.

Inspect the Finished Component

Inspection should reflect the appearance, dimensional, marking and assembly requirements defined for the project.
