Custom Silicone Molding for Functional Components

SM’s silicone molding services support components developed for a specific product rather than off-the-shelf stock items. The project may start from a CAD file, a physical sample, an existing component or an early design that needs to be translated into a manufacturable part.

During review, the important questions are practical: What does the component need to do? Which surfaces are visible? Does it need printed or laser-marked symbols? Will it mate with plastic components? Which dimensions or fit points are important to the assembly?
